ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
History
The Y.C. Ho/Helen and Michael Chiang Foundation was formed in 2004 through a bequest from Y.C. Ho. The Chiangs are family members of Y.C. Ho and continue to serve as directors of the Foundation. The Foundation began funding in its mission area in 2008.
Mission
The mission of the Foundation is to help improve the quality of life for patients and families facing serious illnesses.
Vision
Our vision is that all adults and children facing serious illness will be able to live as well as possible for as long as possible, and that they and their families will have access to the collaborative, supportive (palliative) care they need in order to do so.
